Everything in its Place

This “holiday” weekend was a bit of a blur. Between working, seeing friends in town, feasting and other festivities, I need to nap for the next week. With what’s been going on with me health wise, it takes a lot out of me just to do my daily work life stuff. Throw in socializing, bonfires, and emotional drama and you can just put a fork in me. On Sunday though, I did something that always puts a little life back in me. I attended the Cabazon Indio Powwow for the second year in a row. I sat on the floor for most of it, taking everything in and capturing some of that with my camera. It’s been a while since I shot anything beyond sunrises, sunsets or jewelry, with an abandoned dwelling thrown in.
